The Aloha Film School is a product of Koa Aloha.
Koa Aloha provides its primary services through the website located at alohafilmschool.com (herein the Aloha Film School) and provides online classes. The Aloha Film School may, on occasion, offer “On-Site” classes at physical locations as well and is subject to the following Terms of Service.
The Aloha Film School Service and any content viewed through our service, are solely for your personal and non-commercial use. With your Aloha Film School purchase we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, license to access the Aloha Film School content and view your course(s) through the service on a streaming-only basis for that purpose. Except for the foregoing limited license, no right, title or interest shall be transferred to you. You agree not to use the service for public performances.
When you Register you may be required to register with the Aloha Film School in order to access and use certain features of the service. If you choose to register for the service, you agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service’s registration form. Registration data and certain other information about you are governed by our Privacy Policy. If you are under 13 years of age, you are not authorized to use the service, with or without registering. In addition, if you are under 18 years old, you may use the service, with or without registering, only with the approval of your parent or guardian.
On-Site Courses: For on-site classes, all payments, once made are non-refundable. However, for on-site sessions only, in the event a student is unable to attend a session, fees may be transferred to a future workshop or to another party. Early application is commended to secure a position in desired session. If a session is canceled by The Aloha Film School for low enrollment or any other reason the Aloha Film School deems necessary, payments including deposits will be refunded in full. All dates locations, curriculum are subject to change. The Aloha Film School reserves the right to use a participant’s name, likeness or films in brochures, advertising, the web and in any other promotional materials or for educational purposes and without compensation. Furthermore, participants are expected to abide by the Terms of Service as set forth by the Aloha Film School . Participants who do not observe such Terms and Conditions may be told to leave the session, and no refunds will be granted. In all on-site classes drugs and alcohol are strictly prohibited, and the possession of such will result in expulsion without exception, and without a refund of any kind. Participant and/or parent/guardian acknowledges permission for participate in the Aloha Film School whether it be online or on-site. On-site participants realizes every precaution is taken to eliminate any injuries or hazards and a competent supervisor is present; however, in the event of an injury, participant and parent/guardian hereby waive, release and hold harmless from any liability for damages or claims for damages for personal injury, including accidental death, as well as claims for property damage which may arise with the above named activity against the Aloha Film School, its director and team members.
Regarding Your Member Account, Password and Security you may never use another’s account, and you may not provide another person with the username and password to access your account. You are fully responsible for any and all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify the Aloha Film School of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session when accessing the Service. the Aloha Film School will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Regarding Commercial Use, unless otherwise expressly authorized herein or in the Service, you agree not to display, distribute, license, perform, publish, reproduce, duplicate, copy, create derivative works from, modify, sell, resell, exploit, transfer or upload for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.
Regarding the Use of Third Party Material under no circumstances will the Aloha Film School be liable in any way for any content or materials of any third parties (including users), including, but not limited to, for any errors or omissions in any content, or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any such content. You acknowledge that the Aloha Film School does not pre-screen content, but that the Aloha Film School and its designees will have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the service. Without limiting the foregoing, the Aloha Film School and its designees will have the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Service or is deemed by the Aloha Film School , in its sole discretion, to be otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content.
Regarding Third Party Websites the Aloha Film School may provide, or third parties may provide, links or other access to other sites and resources on the Internet. the Aloha Film School has no control over such sites and resources and the Aloha Film School is not responsible for and does not endorse such sites and resources. You further acknowledge and agree that the Aloha Film School will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any content, events, goods or services available on or through any such site or resource. Any dealings you have with third parties found while using the Service are between you and the third party, and you agree that the Aloha Film School is not liable for any loss or claim that you may have against any such third party.
Regarding Copyright Complaints the Aloha Film School respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or that your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, you should notify the Aloha Film School of your infringement claim in accordance with the procedure set forth below.

Your continued use of the Service after the date any such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.
The Aloha Film School reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. You agree that the Aloha Film School will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the service. We have no obligation to retain any of Your Account or Submitted Content for any period of time beyond what may be required by applicable law.
Media Use and Release
If you create original work for the Aloha Film School, as its creator, your retain the copyright while allowing the Aloha Film School the following considerations. By participating in the Aloha Film School you further grant the Aloha Film School , its licensees, agents, successors and assigns, the right, but not the obligation, in perpetuity throughout the world and in all media, now or hereafter known, to use (in any manner it deems appropriate, and without limitation) in and in connection with the Aloha Film School, to use all media created by you for the Aloha Film School (motion picture/photograph/all media), by whatever means exhibited, advertised or exploited. WE AND OUR LICENSORS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE ALOHA FILM SCHOOL SERVICE, OUR WEBSITE AND USER INTERFACES, AND ALL CONTENT AND SOFTWARE ASSOCIATED THEREWITH.
